Hosting Services Terms

Service Level Agreement

Smartifyhost guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA policy available in your account dashboard.

Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use Smartifyhost services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: hosting illegal content, distributing malware, sending spam emails, engaging in fraudulent activities, or using excessive server resources that impact other users.

Payment and Billing

All hosting services are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for eligible services as per our Money-Back Guarantee policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

Smartifyhost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make timely payments. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up your data as Smartifyhost is not obligated to retain your files.

Data Backup and Security

While Smartifyhost performs regular backups, customers are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups of all data, files, and databases. Smartifyhost is not liable for any data loss regardless of cause.

Domain Registration and Transfer

Domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective domain registrar. Smartifyhost acts as a reseller and facilitates domain management but ultimate control lies with the registrar’s policies.
